By accessing or using Career Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Career Vault is a guided platform for building a structured, verified record of your professional history. You can enter, edit, and organize your career data including employers, roles, accomplishments, skills, credentials, education, and community involvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your career history
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Do not use the service for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent your qualifications
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service

Intellectual Property

You own your career data. Career Vault does not claim ownership of the information you enter into your vault. The Career Vault platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Career Vault.

Limitation of Liability

Career Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, career decisions made based on vault content, or service interruptions.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
